    I am 5ft. tall and weigh 125-127 lbs. Four years ago I lost a total of 58 lbs and gained about 10-12 lbs back. I lost it through eating healthy and exercise but now for the life of me I hate to eat healthy foods and exercise -well, I'm fed up because all this jogging that I do is just not working any more. Do anyone have a delicious yet healthy recipes to share? I am tired of carrot sticks, turkey sandwiches, and Lean Cuisines. Any exercise tips will help too. :unsure:
