My Water Filter by OHR
"Oh water filter, sleek and new,
My feelings run deep and so true
My hair so smooth and tangle free,
Oh water filter, how I luh thee"
If you live in an area where there is hard water, and you can swing it, do yourself a favor and get one. I got mine from Home Depot for under $20.00. I've just washed my hair and this is the first time...ever that I can twist my wet hair to the ends without bushiness. There are no tangles at all.

*bump bump bump* for those that are considering installing a water filter. Best $20.00 I'd spent on haircare.

I like the poem . Has it affected your hair's moisture retention?

^The one thing I do notice is that my scalp isn't itchy anymore and my hair is softer. I was overdosing on products, trying to get my hair to 'feel softer' when in fact, it was the hard water. My moisture retention is about the same as it was before I purchased the filter.

Wow, thanks for the suggestion! I constantly hear about water filters, but I am still unsure of what they do. It cleans the water more to make it soft water? Is this for the shower or is this throughout the house?

Water filters help reduce the levels of chlorine and metals from the water. You can get water filters for all uses: bath, kitchen, even those Brita™filters minimize contaminants from tap water.
Google "water filters" for more!
