    Default Health Dreadlocks Challenge

    The challenge will end on july 4th. You have till then to get your locs and your scalp in order. I have a couple of thin spots that i want made thicker. i am taking ginkgo biloba to bring more blood to my scalp. I am also taking omega 3 to help make my hair thicker. i am doing more protein treatments because my hair and scalp love them and need them. I am also doing more conditioning treatments as well. I will see how this goes. How about you?

    I just completed a colon cleanse, and I am now taking MSM, and hair, skin, & nail vitamins. The difference it has made has been awesome. I feel better, I look better, my teeth even look whiter! My knees feel better and my energy is off the scales.
    I am constantly recieving compliments on my skin, eyes, and people are asking what type of makeup I'm using. I have never had a problem with hair growth, but now it's growing even faster.

    No you're not. I'm drinking more and more water. I've already been taking hair vitamins along with Omega 3's. I also will be conditioning every week and also doing a protein treatment weekly. My hair is thin and fine so I'm hoping it will thicken up.

    I am also on the look out for a hair pill with great ingredients. if i find one that i like, i will stop taking one or both of the pills i am taking now.

    I found one! that was fast wasnt it? I already bought it and i am going to start taking it tomarrow. my other pills, GOODBYE. if i take to many pills, I get hair breakage. BAD! so, since i am in the weight loss challenge also i am taking a weight loss pill and since i am on this scalp challenge i am taking a hair pill. only two. that should not be to much for my scalp to handle. I am ready now!

    I have been on a healthy scalp and hair (loc) regi for almost a
    year now. I have incorporated Ayruvedic powders, oils and rinses to my regi. The only commercial product in my arsenal is a clarifying shampoo.
    I do regular massages, with homemade oils, regular tea rinses and deep conditioning with yogurt with honey or an egg or two for protein and coconut cream with honey for moisture. clockwork every week.
    In addition, I do monthly henna treatments.

    I have noticed a significant improvement, Thickness and shine in my hair (locs). I plan to continue as long as possible!

    What is MSM and please help me understand the colon cleanse and its benefits.
