Oils for healing bruises

I posted another thread about my daughter's recent head injury. Initially, she had a HUGE shiner on her forehead. In addition to icing it, I put a combination of tea tree oil and coconut oil on the spot, and within 48 hours the bruise was barely noticeable. This is the 3rd time I've used these oils for bruises (along with ice), and I will use them, and recommend their use to others from now on.

With 5 children, we've seen our share of shiners and blue/purple bruises, and I've never seen them heal faster than with the use of these 2 oils that have so many healing properties for hair, skin and overall health.
