Default Middle of my head is incredibly dry... :(

    Hey lovelies!

I have a problem and don't know what to do. I've tried out about a million conditioners, greases and oils but for some reason the middle of my hair is just so dry and I can't figure out how to fix it. The rest of my hair is fine, I don't understand why the very center gets like that.

Has anyone else experienced this? What should I do?

    Thank you! <3

it might just be a matter of making more of an effort to put product on that section. i know for me i need to section my hair off into 5 sections (2 side, 2 back and 1 top) in order to ensure that my center gets product. this goes for everything i put on my hair

Hi, I wonder if your hair is a different texture in that area. You should,as you said focus more product in that area and try deep conditioners and\or steam. Also, products that pull moisture into the hair such as glycerin and humectants. Oil treatments may help too. Especially as we go into the cooler weather. You don't want breakage from hair being too dry when you manipulate it. Blessings.

Co-signing this. I often need lots of sections, just to get to the hair in the middle. Also, along with with Onnica mentioned, if your hair in that section is more coarse or lower porosity than other sections, you make have to pay more attention to properly opening the cuticles of the strands in that section to get the moisture in before applying oils.
