I am looking for the following:

1. 12 Poets
Please submit poetry about natural hair, natural black women or girls, or relationships between mothers and daughters. You must submit atleast 3 poems feel free to submit more. Poems must be atleast 12 lines no more than 20. Please send in all your contact information including name, address, and telelphone number.

2. 12 families consisting of mothers and daughters of African descent with natural hair to pose for pictures. All ages, complexions and sizes. Wardrobe will be provided or you can bring Afrocentric items that you may want to wear. You must live in the Chicagoland area or be willing to travel at your expense. You must submit atleast 3 pictures of your family but feel free to submit more(the more versatility we see the better!!). Compensation:
$15 per poem
$50 per family
