'No problem', I thought and tried to pull it out......lord, chile....I gots build up and I dont know how to get it out! I rinse every day, I know in the beginning I used alot of products, but that has been a little while ago.

acv and lemon juice are good ways to dissolve buildup, but they might not be effective by merely soaking and rinsing one's hair.

while your hair is saturated with the solution, you may also need to squeeze your individual locs along the entire length of the loced hair, allowing the acv or lemon juice to work its way inside the loc to encourage the dissolving of the buildup.

otherwise, you might just be treating the outer locs, while the buildup inside is still intact.
