    I freaked to see the last thread locked and saw that it was full. How apropos, a new thread for a new year!

    Yesterday I did:
    7 minutes StairClimber
    28 minutes Walking
    5 minutes Running

    Crunches 2 sets of 25
    Leg Raises 2 sets of 15
    (arm was still hurting so I passed on push ups and relied more on kicking than punching on the Tae-Bo)

    1/9/07
    Tae-Bo- 25 minutes

    1/10/07
    Tae- bo- 8 minute advanced workout
    Crunches- 2 sets of 25
    Leg Raises-2 sets of 15
    Mod. Push-ups-2 sets of 15
    1 hour of heavy cleaning (burns over 400 calories according to Spark People...Hey!)

    1/11/07
    Tae-Bo-25 minutes

    1/12/07
    Rest Day

    Crunches-2 sets of 25
    Leg Raises-2 sets of 15
    Push Ups- 2 sets of 15

    Total 57 minutes

    1/14/07
    Pilates-10 minutes
    WATP 1 mile (on 3 mile workout)- 15 minutes
    Tae- Bo Advanced- 8 minutes

    Total: 33 minutes

    53 minutes treadmill.....jogged 5 of those 53...yeah I know!! 20 min yoga video...almost did a belly dance video but decided to calm my a$$ down and save some for tomorrow...
