Just curious. For those who saw growth on biotin, what about body hair? Any increase in that?

    ^Yes.

Real talk: When I'm on biotin, my arm and leg hair grow like crazy. I would shave every month because of biotin. When I'm not on biotin for months at a time (because I ran out or I just don't take it), I don't have to shave for months at a time. That just me though. I wonder if anyone else experiences this.

Real talk, I just trimmed my nails four days ago, they are already needing trimming again! My fin and toe nails REFUSE to stay short. I actually envy people that say their nails never grow...I would love to go months at a time without trimming.

Hair grows slower than the nails for me, but it grows fine enough, so. *shrugs*

I have noticed using my oils, EVOO, EVCO, JBCO, Tea Tree Oil, Grapeseed, Almond Oil, on my hair as a selant, my nails are a beautiful shape, strong, and look better to me than nail tips, women have complimented me on how pretty my nail tips are and when I let them know they are my natural nails, they are blown-away. I do know it seems giving my hair proper care, my nails are reaping the benefits as well. My pictures are on my wall. Stay blessed.

Funny to see this thread again a couple of days after I cut my nails...

Apparently what happened in my previous post was an anomaly, as they've been fine ever since. In fact, this grow-round they were getting longer than ever, and I kept waiting for the one nail that always splits first (my right thumb) to split, but instead it was the nail on my left little finger that split first. When one splits, I end up cutting them all down...but I can get them pretty long before that happens.

My hair is growing like weeds too BUT that's because it's summer and I'm back to only doing wet styling.
Hello, 2021. Glad to see you. Hope you're bringing us goodness and light this year!
