Written by

Juniper the berry of a wonderful tree species I grow. The berries are a deep blue to purple, very aromatic.

Junkiper berry is warming (for a pine) antiseptic and astringent and great for helping heal skin conditions. This tonic will help your hair grow in if you suffer alopecia. Use weekly or fortnightly.

Ingredients:

10 Drops Juniper Berry EO
8 Drops Rosemary EO
7 Drops Atlas Cedarwood EO
1 ½ oz (50ml) Virgin Olive Oil (heavier) or Almond Oil (lighter)

Method:

Mix everything into a small container and use your fingertips to massage into the hair. Wrap your hair in a warm towel for 2 hours or sit under a steamer for 1 hour.

When it’s time to wash your hair, rub the shampoo into your hair before you wet it. Then wet it, continue to lather the shampoo and rinse. Repeat. Condition as usual.
