nybabee, try a seam ripper. You can find one at Wal-Mart or any fabric store. It does the job quick!

..here's a shirt I made tonight to wear out...(thanks to ms. dreamyb for the shells and suede cord that enabled me to make a necklace and wristband ..although..she said I could have the cord...she didn't necessarily say I could keep the shells, lol... :huh .... )
you can check my album for a couple more details...
i like the cowrie shell necklace and wristband ms.flytie and i don't mind that you kept the shells :cow:

thanks to all..@ snazzybrown I really like the idea of the contrasting strap for the bag...and I think the paint can be fixed somehow (I may have put that in your album already, though)
@ ms. amazingj/dreamyb..you are too kind...I think I may send them back to you, though...I think they would look cool on a strap that ties the back of your yellow top....in case you decide to change it...
well..here's another top...I'm going out again so I needed something...this going out thing is really getting out of hand, lol....
as usual, check my album for details....

I have been visiting this site and posting in other areas for a while now and this is the first time that I have noticed this thread!!!???!!! I am oh so excited now and sad that I missed it before. I am a very crafty sista and I love making new things. I have altered a few articles of clothing and will post pics as soon as I get a scanner to upload pics. All of you ladies and your ideas are wonderful!! Keep it up and God bless!!
